Bugfix: Client v2.0.2

Changes and fixes:

• Fixed sporadic crashes if leaving battle after encounter was retried at least once.
• Fixed the settings window which had a habit of not showing up when asked to.
• Battle list button has been hidden, this feature will return reworked in an upcoming update.
• Fixed currency tooltips - descriptions, currency names and colors.
• An empty item-details-box no longer shows up when opening up your inventory.
• Fix tooltips when hovering over currency values in various places of the UI.
• “Minimal Wave” label/button was hidden.
